Chai Latte

Discover, step by step, how to prepare a tasty chai latte using our chai concentrate or individual teabag.

 
 
Two simple and quick preparations


1 Liter Concentrate (keeps up to 7 days in the fridge)

  1. 1. Place 1 teabag for 1.2 liters of hot water (95°C and above) and add sugar (35g suggested).
  2. 2. Steep for 4 hours or more.
  3. 3. Heat your choice of milk with the concentrate in a 50/50 ratio.

Individual Teabag (10-12 oz serving)

  1. 1. Place one teabag and 1 teaspoon of sugar in the cup, then pour about 150 ml of hot water (95°C and above). 
  2. 2. Steep for a minimum of 3 minutes for an optimal flavor.
  3. 3. Heat your choice of milk with a steam wand and pour.
