Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can pay for your purchases directly on our platform with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover credit cards (in Canadian dollars only). All transactions are fully secure.


Shipping

Shipping is free in Canada for orders of $500 or more before taxes. A flat rate of $9 applies to orders under $500 delivered in Montreal and surroundings via eco-friendly carrier, or $10 for other locations in Canada. For deliveries to the United States, shipping is free for orders over $1500, and international shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order preparation time and delivery time.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 business days or less. The usual delivery time depends on the destination. This timeframe may be extended, especially in cases of incomplete address information, extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc. With most carriers, a tracking number will be sent to you by email to track your order.


Duties and Taxes

Customs duties or clearance service fees may be charged by the carrier or the destination country according to their policies, the products, and the order value. All these fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Warranty and Returns Policy


Manufacturing Defects (Teapots and Accessories)

In the case of a manufacturing defect, a product may be exchanged for credit in the 30 days following the sale of the product to the consumer. Proof of purchase is required. Problems related to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care of the item are not considered manufacturing defects.

It is important to refer to the usage instructions on the product packaging. Any damage resulting from improper use will not be considered normal wear and tear. For example, the lid of a glass tea flask may be damaged if placed in the dishwasher.


Returns -Tea

In the case of a customer who, upon presenting proof of purchase, returns the tea within 15 days due to an issue with the product, we will issue a credit for the tea. This situation remains exceptional. We do not accept returns of consumable products for preferential reasons and/or personal taste.

Please ask our team members or your sales representative about the best storage practice. The lot number of each tea will also be requested in advance to accept a return.


Exchanges - Tea

If a buyer orders tea of our regular wholesale selection* by mistake, we can credit or exchange within 15 days provided that the bag has not been opened. 

*Please note that seasonal products cannot be returned once the season is over (Iced Teas, Seasonal Selections, Holiday Teas).
