Payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover (in CAD only). All transactions made on this site are fully secured.
Shipping
Shipping with Canada Post is offered free of charge for all orders exceeding 500$ delivered in Canada. A flat-rate of 9$ is charged for orders of less than 500$. In the USA, shipping is offered free of charge for orders of 1500$+ and for international orders shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Order Preparation Delay
The orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3 working.
Border Fees and Taxes
Border fees/taxes may be charges by the country of destination according to their specific policies and the value of the order. These fees are the responsibility of the client.
Warranty and Returns Policy
Manufacturing Defects (Teapots and Accessories)
In the case of a manufacturing defect, a product may be exchanged for credit in the 30 days followingthe sale of the product to the consumer. Proof of purchase is required. Problems related to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care of the item are not considered manufacturing defects.
A credit note will be issued to your account and applied on your next order.It is important to check instructions and warnings on our packaging. Damage resultingof a non-prescribed used will not be covered by our warranty. For example, ourbamboo tea flask can be damaged when immersed in water or cleaned in a dishwasher.
Returns -Tea
Any client, may returns the tea in 15 day delay due to a genuine issue with the tea, we will credit the tea. Proof of purchase is required.This situation remains very exceptional and can only be done in the case of an inherent fault with the tea. Personal preference is not considered as justification for a return. Careful storage is also essential to the quality of the product.
Please ask ourteam members or your sales representative about the best storage practice. *The lot number of each tea will also be requested in advance to accept a return.
Exchanges - Tea
If a buyer orders tea of our regular wholesale selection* by mistake, we can credit orexchange within 15 days provided that the bag has not been opened.
*Please note that seasonal products cannot be returned once the season is over (IcedTeas, Seasonal Selections, Holiday Teas).
