There are certain products that I can't find on this website. How can I order them?
This wholesale platform has been set-up exclusively for the products in our wholesale program. So naturally products from the Camellia Sinensis retail website, which is for individual customers, will not appear.

I made a mistake or I would like to add something else to my order. Can I make changes?
Please contact our team as soon as possible, unless we have already shipped the order, it is still possible to cancel it and can place a new one. Please note that it is impossible to cancel an order once it has shipped.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We use a bike delivery carrier for a large portion of the Island of Montreal. Shipments made outside this central zone are carried by Canada Post.
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
Once the order is prepared and shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to you. If you live on the Island of Montreal you will receive the same confirmation email but is likely that the order will be delivered via a bike delivery carrier, for which the tracking information is not supplied.
My order has arrived damaged or incomplete, what can I do?
Contact our team immediately by phone (514 544-4002) or email and we will resolve the situation with you.
Can I use my 30 days payment term?
This online platform can only take real time credit card payments. If you have a payment term agreement with us and wish to use it please continue to place your orders at the warehouse by phone or email
