There are certain products that I can't find on this website. How can I order them?

On this wholesale portal you will only find products that are offered at wholesale pricing. Products that are offered on our Camellia Sinensis retail website for individual customers will not appear and cannot be purchased via the wholesale program.

If you wish to order them, it is only possible on ​our retail website.


I made a mistake or I would like to add something else to my order. Can I make changes?

Please contact our team, If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be possible for us to modify or cancel it. However, please note that once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it or to make any modifications.


Which shipping methods do you use?

We use the services of an eco-friendly carrier for most of Montreal's Island and surroundings. All shipments outside of this area are made via Canada Post or UPS. 


Where can I find the tracking information for my order?

Once the order is prepared, shipped, or ready for pickup at our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent to you. For carriers that provide tracking information, you will also receive a direct link to track the shipment.

 

My order has arrived damaged or incomplete, what can I do?

Contact our team immediately by phone (514 544-4002) or email and we will resolve the situation with you.


What are your business hours?

We are opened from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, on Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 and we are closed on Holidays.
