Two simple and quick preparations
With a Matcha whisk for latte art (10-12 oz serving)
- 1. In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of powder (2.5g Matcha | 2g Hojicha), 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 50 ml of hot water (90-95°C).
- 2. Whisk until a homogeneous foam forms.
- 3. Steam 200ml of your choice of milk with the steam wand.
- 4. Pour the milk over the tea and serve.
With a steam wand (10-12 oz size)
- 1. In the steam wand pitcher, mix 1 teaspoon of powder (2.5g Matcha | 2g Hojicha), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50 ml of hot water (90-95°C), and 200ml of your choice of milk.
- 2. Heat with the wand and serve.
